Program Structure
EmpowerFIT Method offers personalized 1-on-1 coaching and self-guided stretch programs via an online platform. Details of each program—including pricing, check-ins, communication, and included resources—are clearly outlined before you join.
Payments & Billing
All payments are processed securely through third-party services. 1:1 coaching programs require a 3-month commitment unless otherwise stated. EmpowerFIT: Stretch is billed monthly unless canceled.
We do not offer refunds once access to programs has been granted, except in cases of billing error.
Intellectual Property
All content—including videos, stretch routines, coaching materials, and written content—is the intellectual property of EmpowerFIT Method. Please don’t share, copy, or redistribute program materials.
Health Disclaimer
We are not doctors or mental health providers. EmpowerFIT is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician before beginning any fitness or nutrition program.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to our services if terms are violated, including misuse of materials or harassment of coaches or community members.
